July 4th - Montgomery Tea Party

It was a hot day in Montgomery, but there was a good turn out of American Patriots. I hope everyone takes with them a sense of empowerment, to go out and do whatever they can to make a difference. We must remember that we are about ideas and principles, not parties or candidates. We must reach out to those who disagree with us, to turn their minds in a different direction, to see things in a different way. We can not force them, but we can help them. We can shine a light, and show them the way. It starts with our family, friends and neighbors, one person at a time. We are not powerless.

I was interviewed by one of the local TV stations during the event. I hope I was able to convey the reasons for the event in a clear, positive and sincere manner.

By all means please speak your mind, especially if you disagree with something, but do so with respect and civility to others.
