Will you agressively support and advocate the Enumerated Powers Act?
A proposed bill in the United States House of Representatives which requires legislation passed by Congress cite those provisions of the Constitution that give them the power to pass such legislation.
"Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act."

Absolutely, part of the reason we are in the position we are today is because we are not running proper checks and balances against the constitutional "filter".
Putting something like the Enumerated Powers Act in place will help us preserve the original Federalist principles that were intended in the first place.
